Berean Memorial Church

Berean Memorial Church began as Second Baptist Church of Irving, Texas in the forties. In 1951 the members called Dr. John E. Danish as pastor. For over 50 years, Dr. Danish taught the Word of God from the Berean pulpit. Many of his expository sermons are preserved electronically and are available free of charge. In September of 2003, Dr. Danish was called into the presence of the Lord and the following March the congregation called Leon Adkins as pastor.

Berean Memorial Church is based on the principles espoused in Acts 17:11. The Bible is held to be the inerrant word of God and viewed as the only source of information from God about spiritual matters. The Bible reveals what God requires of sinful human beings for entrance into Heaven.
